Fire Boat Dedication Ceremony

After over two years of planning and much fundraising the new Sioux Narrows Nestor Falls Fire Rescue Boat was dedicated. It was a mixed emotion event as the vessel has been named after Esme Louise Kenney the thirteen year old daughter of Tom and Lisa summer residents of Sioux Narrows – Nestor Falls whose life was taken from us in a criminal act in March of 2009. Her young spirit will give courage  to those who place their lives in danger for others.
