Fishing and Hunting
Sioux Narrows - Nestor falls is a playground for anglers and hunters. With hundreds of thousands of lakes and forest to explore, it's the perfect place to catch or harvest the "big one."
Fishing
The eastern shores of Lake of the Woods have long been an all-season destination for sportfishing enthusiasts. In fact, the record for Ontario's largest Northern Pike (42 pounds, 1 ounce) was set in 1946 in nearby Delaney Lake—a record that stands until this day. Check out the Northern Ontario Sportfishing Centre Angler Awards (Master Angler, Junior Angler, My First Fish) to see if your latest catch qualifies!
With thousands of kilometres of lakes, waterways, and shoreline to explore, the fishing pressure here is low while the possibility of landing the catch of a lifetime is high.
