Boreal Trail Condition Report

Boreal Trail is in great condition and ready for your next adventure!

The short loop has been fully weed whacked, with vegetation trimmed back to create a more enjoyable hiking experience. Visitors will also notice our new boot brush station installed at the trailhead, helping everyone do their part to stop the spread of invasive species and keep our forests healthy.

Work will also begun on the long loop, clearing a few downed trees along the route. More maintenance will continue over the coming weeks as we keep improving the trail for everyone to enjoy.

Fun fact: Wild blueberries are making an appearance along portions of the trail, Chris one of our volunteers shared his blueberry findings at the end!
