Snowmobiling

Sioux Narrows-Nestor Falls offers riders thousands of kilometres of groomed OFSC snowmobile trails—often leading right up to the front door of our lodges and hotels.

  • Sledders can ride directly from Minnesota right into our community—a quick 45-minute snowmobile ride from the border.
  • Riding the trails south from Kenora, Ontario will connect you to Sioux Narrows.
  • From the Manitoba trail system, it's about a 2-hour ride with multiple warm-up shacks along the way.
  • From Dryden on the Dryden Power Toboggan Club trail system, you can access SNNF via Trunk Trail A.
  • Riding from International Falls, or Atikokan, you can ride the Emo Borderland Snowmobile Club trails to arrive in Sioux Narrows.

Part of OFSC District 17, The Sunset Riders Snowmobile Club keeps the trails running smoothly.

Nordic Skiing + Snowshoeing

Our scenic boreal forests are the perfect winter playground once the snow falls. While Sioux Narrows Provincial Park is closed during the winter, there's a cross-country ski trail accessible from the front entrance gate that will take visitors on a 4.9 km loop of the park and the surrounding area.
